Processing & Shipping Times
We pride ourselves on fast and reliable fulfillment.
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
Order Timing

Orders placed Monday–Thursday: Ship the next business day

Orders placed on Friday: Ship the following Monday

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday: Ship on Monday

Orders placed on a holiday: Ship the next business day after the holiday
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Pre-Order Items
If your order contains a pre-order item, please note the following:

Pre-order products take approximately 2–3 weeks for us to receive from the manufacturer.

Once the pre-order items arrive at our facility, they will ship the same day they are received.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together when the pre-order item becomes available.

If you prefer your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and chosen delivery method.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Holiday Shipping Delays
During national holidays or peak seasons, carriers may experience delays.
Orders placed on or near a holiday will ship the next business day after the holiday, depending on carrier availability.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:
